1. Service Bookings

MCM is a service marketplace that connects users with verified professionals. Once a service booking is confirmed and the provider has been dispatched, the service fee is non-refundable.

2. Service Cancellation & Refunds

• If you cancel a service booking before the provider is confirmed/dispatched, a full refund may be issued.
• If the service provider fails to show up or cannot complete the service, a full refund will be processed.
• Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete or unsatisfactory services, subject to review by our support team.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer the following non-refundable subscription plans:

• Silver Plan: PKR 5,000
• Gold Plan: PKR 10,000
• Diamond Plan: PKR 15,000

Subscription gives access to service bookings, referral commissions, and monthly reward eligibility.

4. No Refund Policy for Subscriptions

• All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
• No refund will be issued in any condition after a successful transaction.
• Refunds are not applicable in case of change of mind or inactivity.

5. Technical Errors
